Helping kids find their way

I'm sure this has been discussed before but I'm looking for information from any schools who have a work release/work study program.  We are looking at inplementing one but are not sure about all the legistics of making it success full for the student and employer.  If anyone has one and is willing to share what they do I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks!

I need some help!  If anyone has had any good speakers for elementary about taking responsibility, how to treat and have appropriate conversation with others I would greatly appreciate the information.  Here is just a little info to help you understand the situation we are dealing with:  We had a 1st grade boy tell a little girl in his class that he wanted to have sex with her.  Then he tried to pass the buck and blame it on another student.  Any ideas you have would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
